As Co-founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dynamic Systems Integration, Mr. Tirona is responsible for DSI’s daily business and financial operations as well as overseeing the Commercial and Government Divisions of DSI. Mr. Tirona has more than 28 years of experience guiding DSI’s engineering team in designing solutions to integrate secure data, voice and video communications systems.

    As Chief Technology Officer for over 17 years with DSI, Mr. Schneider specializes in the development, configuration, and implementation of secure high-performance, converged data solutions for both private and government sectors. Manage all phases of project life cycles from conception, feasibility analysis, ROI models through implementation, ongoing support and performance validation. Accomplished at rapidly defining and fulfilling IT need to meet defined objectives on time and within budget.

  • Project “EPIC” Principal Investigator
  • Designed, programmed and managed the installation of a state-of-the-art IP based HD video transport system for the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission’s (NRC) Atomic Safety and Licensing Board Panel hearing room.
  • Designed and managed the installation and operation of a high performance, secure, HIPPA compliant data network and data center to support the Hampton University Proton Therapy Cancer Treatment Center in Hampton VA.

    Mr. Wang has been with DSI for over 16 years and currently serves as Director of Operations and Special Projects Program Manager. Mr. Wang specializes in engineering, design and product implementation. His extensive knowledge of leading-edge technology, management, organizational and communication skills enable him to coordinate projects involving numerous Federal, State and Municipal governments and ensure successful outcomes.

  • Coordinated and managed VDOT I-495 Shoulder Lane Monitoring System.
  • Directed the installation of a new Traffic Signaling Network and CCTV System for the City of Newport News, Virginia.
  • Assisted in the design, implementation and management of the non-secure and secure military networks installed as part of the Langley DGS-1 project.
  • Managed the design, construction and implementation of a 100 mile fiber-optic network for the Virginia Beach Public School system connecting more than 90 separate facilities.
